TikTok in San Jose is seeking a Software Engineer/Mobile Engineer Graduate (Ads Core Demonstration) for a 2027 start. You will work with backend, frontend, and product teams to build and launch innovative ad features in the TikTok app on iOS and Android.

Ideal candidates are completing or have recently finished a CS degree, enjoy designing robust mobile architectures, and can optimize performance through clean, well-documented code.

Qualifications

• Completing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Practical mobile app development experience on Android and/or iOS.
• Good object-oriented development and software system design skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with backend, frontend, and product teams to develop and launch ad features in the TikTok app.
• Work with design and product teams to create a world-class mobile ads experience.
• Design, implement, and optimize monetization features for iOS/Android with emphasis on performance.
• Promote best practices by writing robust, maintainable code and clear documentation in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with senior engineers to share knowledge and contribute to long-term tech strategy.
