Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Software Engineer Graduate for 2027 start in San Jose. You will join the Signals & Measurement scope within Ads engineering, contributing to full-stack advertising effectiveness from signal collection to attribution modeling.

You will build signal quality pipelines, work on identity resolution, modeling conversions, and support large-scale experimentation. A strong foundation in CS and ML helps you thrive in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in CS, Statistics, or Mathematics.
• Strong programming in Python, Go, Java, or C/C++.
• Solid foundations in data structures, algorithms, and systems.
• Foundational knowledge in statistics or ML concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build signal quality frameworks for anomaly detection, recovery, denoising, and correction at scale.
• Contribute to identity resolution systems to improve precision and coverage.
• Participate in attribution model design, including multi-touch attribution and modeled conversions.
• Support downstream applications of signal and attribution data in ranking models to improve conversion prediction and bidding quality.
• Help build large-scale experimentation infrastructure and real-time data pipelines for measurement products.
• Explore LLM-powered signal intelligence for semantic understanding and automated correction of events signals.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Infrastructure to translate ideas into production systems.
