Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Software Engineer Graduate (Ads Infrastructure) for a 2027 start in San Jose. The role focuses on building next-generation monetization platforms across ads products, with onboarding by year-end.

You will join a global team delivering large-scale ads systems and owning core targeting components in the monetization ecosystem. Eligible interns or recent graduates with CS degrees will contribute to product vision, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and tackle complex

Qualifications

• Completed or recent graduates with a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Strong programming, debugging, and optimization skills in Go, C/C++, Python, or Java.
• Ability to think critically and formulate solutions to problems; deep understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Very strong teamwork, communication, ownership, empathy and honesty.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of a large-scale Ads system.
