Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Automation is seeking ambitious graduates for the Automation Genesis program – Customer Solution Architect/Sales Specialist track. The initial six months are based in Mason, OH, with a subsequent 12-month development phase at one of our DI Automation hubs across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Available to start full-time employment on June 7, 2027.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering fields.
• Strong interest in industrial automation, manufacturing technology, and industrial markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong presentation skills.
• Willing to relocate to Mason, OH for 6 months, then to a DI Automation hub.

Responsibilities

• Engage in instructor-led training and technical advisory activities to understand Siemens DI Automation portfolio and customer needs.
• Facilitate discovery, visioning, and scoping workshops to align technologies with customer objectives.
• Contribute to proofs-of-concept and product demonstrations showcasing digitalization and efficiency.
• Support development of solution architecture and digital transformation strategies for customers.
• Create technical collateral, customer references, and enablement materials.
• Collaborate with Sales teams and Application Engineers on proposals and pre-sales activities.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Industrial Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related majors
