Geisinger Jersey Shore Hospital (GJSH) is seeking a Graduate RN who may receive a hiring incentive up to $19,000. The position offers a $41.50 minimum hourly rate with increased rates for experienced candidates and up to $7 per hour in shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and delivering nursing care, coordinating with the team, and educating patients and families throughout hospitalization.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).
• Active Basic Life Support certification and Pennsylvania RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and administer treatments and medications.
• Assess, plan, and coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families; participate in discharge planning.
• Promote safety, quality, and patient satisfaction in the unit.
