Responsibilities

• Assess plans, organize, perform, and evaluate nursing activities.
• Coordinate patient care and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Provide direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies.
• Engage in discharge planning and patient-family education throughout hospitalization.
• Participate in quality and safety education programs and unit decision-making.
