Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in a graduate program in organizational development, learning sciences, evaluation, social or behavioral research, human-centered design, public administration, museum studies, education, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting or supporting qualitative and/or quantitative research, including surveys, interviews, data organization, and reporting.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills for clear summaries and recommendations.
  • Strong organizational and project-coordination skills across timelines, records, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ability to facilitate respectful conversations and gather feedback without steering responses.
  • Attention to data quality, confidentiality, and responsible stewardship of internal information.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Seeds of Growth microgrant cycle timelines, communications, materials, and award documentation.
  • Maintain project plans, trackers, and quarterly check-ins to document progress and outcomes.
  • Prepare templates, guidance, and tools to define learning needs and capture outcomes.
  • Design and administer surveys, interview guides, focus groups, and feedback tools.
  • Conduct selected interviews and listening sessions with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Collect, clean, organize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative information and results.
  • Translate evidence into quarterly summaries, briefings, and actionable recommendations.
  • Document Seeds of Growth projects as case examples and reusable resources.
  • Support end-of-project showcase and collaborate on improving learning resources.
  • Maintain research files and grant-related time records with discretion.
