The Medical Management Unit is a specialized department that promotes education, collaboration, and innovative practice. Registered Nurses in the unit play an integral role in assisting Newly Licensed Nurses transition into bedside practice. They collaborate with unit leadership and education, pilot initiatives to enhance patient care, and support professional growth. The unit also works with nursing students, providing them with bedside nursing experience. This environment is ideal for those passionate about education, precepting, and lifelong learning.

The Graduate Resident Nurse utilizes the nursing process for practice, providing direct patient care under supervision. This entry-level position involves training, evaluation, and competencies overseen by a Nurse Leader. During the first year, you will be enrolled in a Nurse Residency Program, with a balance of clinical and educational time determined by Nurse Leadership.
