Acceler8 Talent is a specialist technology recruitment firm in Boston. We seek a Graduate Level Recruiter to source and engage top technology talent, manage the recruitment process from interview to offer, and contribute to exceptional client outcomes.

You will work with experienced consultants, focusing on AI, ML, hardware acceleration, silicon photonics and quantum computing markets. This role offers a base of $50,000 plus uncapped commissions and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Sourcing, engaging and managing technology talent across markets.
• Build strong candidate relationships and manage the recruitment process from interview through to offer.
• Contribute to delivering outstanding results for clients.

Responsibilities

• Source technology candidates for specialized markets in AI, ML, hardware acceleration and quantum computing.
• Engage candidates, screen and coordinate interviews with clients.
• Assist in negotiating offers and coordinating an efficient onboarding process.

We're looking for an ambitious Candidate Consultant to join our growing Boston team.

Working alongside experienced Business Development Consultants, you'll focus on sourcing, engaging and managing exceptional technology talent across specialist markets. You'll build strong candidate relationships, manage the recruitment process from interview through to offer, and play a key role in delivering outstanding results for our clients.
