Candidate Consultant – Technology Recruitment

$50,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Outstanding Benefits

Acceler8 Talent is a specialist technology recruitment business partnering with some of the world's most innovative companies across Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Hardware Acceleration, Silicon Photonics and Quantum Computing.

We're looking for an ambitious Candidate Consultant to join our growing Boston team.

Working alongside experienced Business Development Consultants, you'll focus on sourcing, engaging and managing exceptional technology talent across specialist markets. You'll build strong candidate relationships, manage the recruitment process from interview through to offer, and play a key role in delivering outstanding results for our clients.
