The University of Chicago Booth School of Business seeks an Assistant Director for Student Recruitment and Admissions to join the Full-Time MBA team in Chicago. This role coordinates applicant experiences, participates in recruiting, and supports yield initiatives from admission through matriculation.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in higher education recruitment, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office, Google apps, and Slate CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) required/ preferred.
• 2–5 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Strong MS Office skills and familiarity with Google applications.

Responsibilities

• Conducts student recruitment, evaluation, and yield activities.
• Supports yield strategy and programming from admission through matriculation.
• Plans and executes virtual and in-person yield events and manages student communications.
