Job summary

FIFTEEN WEST in Austin, TX is seeking a Graduate Recruiter/Researcher to identify, engage, and build relationships with specialist candidates while supporting senior consultants on active searches. You will learn to understand candidates’ career goals, experiences, and motivations and work on live vacancies from day one.

The role offers a base salary of $45,000–$55,000 with first-year earnings potential of $75,000–$85,000, plus uncapped commissions and structured training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to start conversations and build relationships.
• Motivated, goal-oriented mindset with interest in developing a commercially focused career.
• Good organization and time-management skills, with ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities.
• Curiosity, resilience, and willingness to learn; previous recruitment experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage and build relationships with specialist candidates while supporting experienced consultants on active searches.
• Find and connect with talented professionals using LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, networking, and market research.
• Work on live vacancies from the outset, contributing to placements and earning commissions.
