Job summary

FIFTEEN WEST in Austin, TX is seeking a Graduate Recruiter/Researcher to identify, engage, and build relationships with specialist candidates while supporting senior consultants on active searches. You will learn to understand candidates’ career goals, experiences, and motivations and work on live vacancies from day one.

The role offers a base salary of $45,000–$55,000 with first-year earnings potential of $75,000–$85,000, plus uncapped commissions and structured training.
