Job summary

FIFTEEN WEST in Austin, TX is seeking a Graduate Recruiter/Researcher to identify and engage specialist professionals. You’ll join a nine-person Austin team, support experienced consultants on active searches, and contribute to live vacancies from day one.

The role offers a $45,000 base salary with first-year earning potential of $75,000–$85,000, plus uncapped commissions and structured training to accelerate your career. Hybrid setup with four in-office days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to start conversations and build relationships with new people.
• Motivated, goal-oriented mindset with an interest in developing a commercially focused career.
• Good organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities.
• Curiosity, resilience, and a willingness to learn; previous recruitment experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Find and connect with talented professionals using LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, networking, and market research.
• Work on live vacancies from the outset, giving you opportunities to contribute to placements and start earning commission.
• Build relationships with candidates and learn how to understand their career goals, experience, and motivations.
• Develop expertise across growing renewable energy, infrastructure, engineering, and data center talent markets.
• Receive practical coaching from experienced recruiters and build skills that can accelerate your career progression.
