Job summary

All Options is seeking Graduate Quantitative Researchers in Austin, TX, offering a six-month training program blending options theory with market making. You will join a cohort and move to active research under mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback.

Cohort start dates: February 2027 and August 2027. The role focuses on developing automated analysis programs, trading algorithms, and data-driven insights across statistics, trading, and technology.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a university program with expected graduation between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
• Strong interest in financial markets and options trading.
• Proficiency in Python or C++ or similar programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Dive into options theory and learn trading systems and tools.
• Build and maintain business and trading intelligence tools.
• Develop automated analysis programs and trading algorithms.
• Bridge statistics, trading and technology to provide data-driven insights.
• Monitor and optimize strategy performance.
