Job summary

All Options is hiring Graduate Quantitative Researchers in Austin, TX, offering a six-month training program blending options theory with hands-on market making. You’ll shadow cohorts, then contribute to active research under mentorship, with ongoing coaching and technical training.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative field such as CS, Math, Stats, Engineering or Physics with graduation between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
• Strong interest in financial markets and options trading.
• Excellent English communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Dive into options theory, learn our business operations, and become familiar with our systems.
• Build and maintain business and trading intelligence tools.
• Progressively contribute to P&L-generating activities as knowledge grows.
• Develop automated analysis programs and trading algorithms.
• Bridge statistics, trading, and technology to provide data-driven insights to trading teams.
