Job summary

Anglian Water's Graduate Programme offers a two-year rotation across four portfolios, with a starting salary of £33,000 and a September 2027 intake. You will work on real projects shaping water infrastructure and digital delivery.

You will rotate every six months across Enterprise Services, Customer & Operational Services, Water Recycling, and Water Services, gaining hands-on experience and professional development with network-building across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum 2:2 in any degree discipline and be graduating by September 2027 for the 2027 intake.
• Interest in technology products and the water industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of business-critical projects that drive improvements across the organisation.
• Rotate every six months across four portfolios: Enterprise Services, Customer & Operational Services, Water Recycling, and Water Services.
• Collaborate with sponsors, senior leaders, business stakeholders and change professionals to realise benefits and value.
