Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong administrative experience including project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Graduate Program Management: design and oversee SIS graduate programs and data-driven systems.
• Budget and Financial Administration: manage budgets for the PhD program and related offices and produce reports.
• Data Management, Analysis and Reporting: gather data using Excel, Qualtrics, and BI tools; develop reports.
• Admissions and Student Affairs: assist with recruitment events and support doctoral student activities.
