Responsibilities

• Coordinate Executive Committee and Graduate Studies Committee meetings; prepare agendas and minutes; track actions and maintain records.
• Serve as primary contact for graduate applicant communications; assist with applicant tracking; support admissions processes and events.
• Guide onboarding, track milestones, annual reviews, candidacy, and defenses; advocate for students across campus departments.
