Job summary

University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix is seeking an Expert Coordinator for MS and Doctoral Programs and Career Development. This role leads administration across on-campus, online, and global modalities, serving as the primary contact for graduate students and faculty, and coordinating with university partners to enhance student success and career outcomes.

The position reports to the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs, collaborates with faculty and campus partners, and ensures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning required.
  • 5 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Public Health or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in higher education or student affairs preferred.
  • Experience advising graduate or doctoral students preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience with online and international student populations preferred.
  • Career counseling or coaching certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of CEPH accreditation and graduate education policies preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate MS and doctoral program processes across on-campus, online, and international modalities.
  • Advise MS and doctoral students and support career development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with University Career Services and employers for engagement and opportunities.
  • Support accreditation activities and program assessment and reporting.
