Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience coordinating or administering a graduate student program.
• Leadership experience in the field of graduate student education.
• Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Assist Department Chair and staff with general administrative tasks for graduate programs.
• Advise graduate students and manage program information and policies.
• Develop and maintain tracking systems for graduate student performance and program effectiveness.
• Coordinate TA and AI assignments, appointments, and offers.
• Oversee admissions, recruitment, orientation, and funding commitments.
• Ensure deadlines are met for COLA and Graduate School.
