Job summary

Accenture Construct seeks a Cost Manager to help deliver large programs by supporting the Cost Manager in controlling project costs and preparing estimates. You will collaborate with project teams, participate in design meetings, and contribute to pre-contract cost insights.

The role involves travel to client locations, managing change orders and cost reports, and conducting pricing research. Flexible work locations include remote, client sites, or Accenture offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction/Engineering/Finance fields.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Cost Manager in ensuring project costs are effectively managed.
• Occasionally travel to client sites to attend required meetings.
• Prepare cost estimates and cost plans with benchmarking data.
• Participate in design team meetings, assess cost implications and help implement outcomes.
• Contribute to pre-contract process meetings with cost-related insights.
• Attend client meetings with senior colleagues and document key discussions and actions.
• Prepare and manage change order logs, invoice logs, and cost reports.
• Oversee measurements and pricing research for development appraisals and reviews.
• Flexible: work location includes remote, onsite at a client or Accenture office or center.
