Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines. Failure to obtain required Pharmacist licensure within 120 days of graduation will result in separation of employment.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Attention and Focus: Ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time, pivot quickly between tasks, ensure prescription labeling accuracy
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: Actively look for ways to help people in a friendly manner
• Communication Skills: Use and understand verbal and written communication with patients and colleagues
• Mathematical Reasoning: Use math to determine dosage and days supply
• Problem Resolution: Identify challenging patient or colleague interactions and choose best action
• Delivering additional patient health care services (e.g., immunizations, point-of-care testing) where allowed by law
