Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to support pharmacy teams in our Retail locations, applying classroom learning to real-world practice under a preceptor. A comprehensive training roadmap will be completed within 120 days of graduation to deepen understanding of store, district, and regional operations.

As tenure increases, you will assist with patient safety, drug utilization review, SOP adherence, and compassionate patient care while learning to function as part of the pharmacy

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Maintaining patient safety and accurate dispensing; adhering to SOPs and procedures
• Demonstrating empathy and genuine care in interactions with patients and colleagues
