Job summary

CVS Health Graduate Pharmacy Intern position within our retail pharmacy teams supports pharmacists in filling prescriptions accurately and safely while delivering compassionate service. You will follow SOPs, learn under a preceptor, and complete a structured 120‑day training roadmap to prepare for expanding responsibilities.

The role emphasizes patient care, adherence to regulatory standards, and collaboration with store leadership.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program.
• Ability to obtain required Pharmacist licensure within state guidelines and timeframe.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/technician licensure as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Attend regular schedule including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Contribute to patient safety and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Support pharmacy team with service excellence and empathy.
• Demonstrate effective communication with patients and colleagues.
• Assist with immunizations and other services where allowed by law.
