Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and compassionate patient care. You will learn through a 120‑day training roadmap under a pharmacist preceptor, preparing for future responsibilities within the pharmacy.

You will follow SOPs, participate in immunization services where permitted, and contribute to a high‑quality patient experience while developing clinical and operational knowledge across store and district

Qualifications

PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before starting the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe per state guidelines.
Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern and/or technician licensure as required by state law.

Responsibilities

Support pharmacy teams to ensure prescriptions are filled safely, accurately, and promptly.
Assist with patient counseling and customer service at the counter and via phone.
Adhere to SOPs and regulatory requirements to protect patient privacy and safety.
Assist with inventory management and medication deliveries as directed by pharmacy leadership.
Collaborate with pharmacists and technicians to provide immunizations and point‑of‑care services where permitted.
