Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern in Massachusetts (Attleboro) to apply didactic learning to real-world practice and advance toward a Pharmacist role. Under supervision, you will complete a 120-day training roadmap across store, district, and regional operations, focusing on patient safety, DUR, and SOP-compliant pharmacy operations.

You will learn to provide care with empathy, assist with immunizations and other services where allowed, and support the pharmacy team

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines. Failure to obtain required Pharmacist licensure within 120 days of graduation will result in separation of employment.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Delivering patient care services and supporting pharmacy operations to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Assisting the pharmacy team and learning to operate under SOPs and professional standards
• Providing empathetic customer service and contributing to a safe, inclusive culture
• Remaining flexible for scheduling and travel to stores in the market as needed
