Job summary

CVS Health in Massachusetts is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to support pharmacy teams and complete a structured 120‑day training roadmap after graduation. You will work under a preceptor to learn store, district, and regional operations, focusing on patient safety, DUR, and professional standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with smooth pharmacy operations, immunizations when allowed, and following SOPs with empathy and accuracy.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a US-accredited program prior to starting the post-graduate training.
• Eligibility to obtain required pharmacist licensure within state guidelines.
• Must have or be pursuing intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy operations to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Learn and apply SOPs, provide empathetic patient service, and maintain patient privacy.
• Assist with immunizations, vaccinations, and other pharmacist services where allowed.
• Travel to stores across the market to cover shifts as needed by the business.
