Job summary

CVS Health in Massachusetts is seeking Graduate Pharmacy Interns to support our pharmacy teams and prepare for a Pharmacist role. Under supervision, you will complete a 120-day training roadmap spanning store, district, and regional operations while applying didactic learning to real-world practice.

As you progress, you will assist with patient safety, DUR, SOPs, and compassionate care, with opportunities to immunize, counsel, and participate in immunization programs where allowed by state law.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern/licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Complete required training within designated timeframe
• Demonstrate strong patient service and teamwork
• Verify prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety
• Support immunizations and other services as allowed by law
• Remain flexible for scheduling and travel to stores as needed
