• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program must begin the Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within state guidelines; failure within 120 days may lead to separation
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining valid intern/technician licensure as required

• Complete required training within designated timeframe
• Maintain focus and accuracy during dispensing and related tasks
