Job summary

CVS Health Minnesota is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescription services and patient care. You will complete a comprehensive 120-day training roadmap, learn SOPs, and collaborate with Pharmacists and Technicians to provide empathetic service.

As you advance, you’ll take on greater responsibilities, including immunizations, DUR, and patient counseling, while maintaining compliance with laws and CVS policies in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
• Ability to become immunization certified when state regulations permit.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pharmacy operations to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Support patient care with empathetic service and counseling.
• Assist with immunizations and point-of-care services where allowed by law.
• Adhere to SOPs and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
