Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescriptions and caring service. You will complete a 120‑day training roadmap under a preceptor, learn SOPs, and assist with immunizations and patient counseling within a collaborative store environment.

The role requires a PharmD graduate and eligibility for state licensure, with the opportunity to grow toward pharmacist responsibilities in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining valid intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attend to patient safety by confirming prescription information and ensuring label accuracy.
• Provide customer service and maintain teamwork within the pharmacy.
• Support immunizations and other services where lawful and trained.
• Follow SOPs and CVS policies to ensure quality and privacy.
