Job summary

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a US-accredited program prior to beginning the Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required
• Ability to obtain required Pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines. Failure to obtain required licensure within 120 days may result in separation of employment

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Complete required training within designated timeframe
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Counsel, field medical questions, and collect patient history to provide optimal care under supervision
• Assist with immunizations and patient education where allowed by state law
• Maintain patient safety and privacy, and comply with SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Support inventory activities and cycle counts as directed by leadership
