CVS Health is hiring a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning to real‑world practice and prepare for a Pharmacist role. Under supervision, you’ll follow a 120‑day training roadmap across store, district, and regional operations to strengthen patient safety, DUR, SOPs, and compassionate care.

You will support immunizations, counseling, and maintaining accurate prescription fulfillment while growing clinical and technical knowledge within a collaborative pharmacy team.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate ready to begin Post‑Graduate Training.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure per state rules.
• Must have or be pursuing intern/technician licensure as required.

Responsabilités

• Attend regularly, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Demonstrate focus and concentration to complete tasks accurately.
• Deliver patient‑centered service with empathy and teamwork.
• Communicate clearly with patients and colleagues, including listening actively.
• Perform basic calculation tasks for prescriptions (days’ supply, quantities).
• Identify and resolve patient or colleague issues using appropriate actions.
• Maintain safety and physical demands of the role (lifting, standing, mobility).
