Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to join our Retail pharmacy team. You will apply your didactic learning to real-world practice under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist and district leader, following a comprehensive 120‑day training roadmap focused on safety, DUR, and customer service.

As you gain tenure, you will support management, operations, and patient care activities, including immunizations and other services where permitted by law.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely, promptly, and accurately.
• Demonstrate empathy and genuine care in all patient interactions.
• Follow SOPs and comply with laws, regulations and CVS policies.
