Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply classroom learning to real-world pharmacy operations within CVS Retail locations. You will work under a licensed pharmacist and preceptor to complete a training roadmap within 120 days of graduation, focusing on patient safety, DUR, and SOP adherence.

You will assist the pharmacy team, support immunizations where allowed, and learn to deliver caring service while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and CVS

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern/licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled accurately and safely.
• Follow SOPs and maintain patient safety in all interactions.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care services where allowed by state regulations.
