Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world practice under a preceptor, completing a comprehensive 120‑day training roadmap designed to deepen knowledge of store operations, patient safety, and pharmacy practice.

You will assist the pharmacy team to ensure timely, accurate prescriptions, learn SOPs, and develop clinical and technical skills while supporting immunizations and patient care within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post‑Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within 120 days of graduation.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Regular attendance including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Contribute to patient safety and accuracy in prescription fulfillment.
• Demonstrate empathy and professional communication with patients and team.
• Assist Pharmacists with immunizations, patient counseling, and pharmacotherapy support.
