Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Spokane is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply your didactic learning to real-world practice as you prepare for a Pharmacist role. Under your preceptor, you will complete a comprehensive training roadmap within 120 days of graduation and support the pharmacy team to ensure safe, timely prescriptions.

As you progress, you will engage in patient counseling, immunizations where allowed, inventory tasks, and opportunity to travel to stores in the market to cover

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure readiness required within state guidelines.
• Intern/Technician licensure must be possessed or in process.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately.
• Follow SOPs to support pharmacists and technicians.
• Counsel patients and answer questions under supervision.
• Support immunization services where allowed by law.
• Maintain inventory activities and cycle counts as directed.
• Voluntarily travel to stores in the market to cover shifts as needed.
