Job summary

CVS Health is offering a Graduate Pharmacy Intern program designed to train graduates into pharmacist roles. Under the supervision of a preceptor, interns will complete a comprehensive training roadmap within 120 days of graduation, focusing on patient safety, drug utilization review, and SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post‑Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe (per state guidelines; failure within 120 days may result in separation).
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist the pharmacy team to ensure that pharmacy operations run smoothly and medications are filled safely and accurately.
• Learn to operate under SOPs, with empathy and patient‑centered service while following all regulatory requirements.
• Support immunizations and other patient care services where allowed by law and training.
