Job summary

CVS Health is offering a Graduate Pharmacy Intern program within our retail pharmacy teams in the Charlotte area. You will apply didactic learning and real-world practice to prepare for a Pharmacist role, following a comprehensive 120-day training roadmap under a preceptor and district leader.

You will deepen patient safety knowledge, participate in SOPs, and support immunizations and other services while developing clinical and technical skills for greater responsibilities.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate from a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus: concentration on a task and pivoting between tasks to meet patient and business needs.
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: assist patients and collaborate with colleagues.
