Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to join our team in Roanoke, VA. You will apply didactic learning to real-world practice, following a structured 120-day training roadmap under a preceptor and district leadership.

You will help ensure patient safety, accurate prescriptions, and compassionate service while learning SOPs and best practices. You will support pharmacy operations, reinforce patient-first care, and gain experience that prepares you for a Pharmacist role, including

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before starting the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the state timeframe.
• Must possess or be in the process of obtaining intern and/or technician licensure.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Demonstrate empathy and teamwork while supporting pharmacy staff and patients.
• Assist with immunization services where allowed by law and training.
