Job summary

CVS Health is seeking graduate pharmacy interns to apply classroom learning to real-world practice in our retail stores. You will complete a comprehensive 120‑day training roadmap under a preceptor and district leader, developing understanding of patient safety, DUR, and SOPs while assisting the pharmacy team in safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.

As readiness grows, you may take on greater responsibilities including immunizations, counseling, and support for telephonic prescriptions,

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe, per state guidelines.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Assist pharmacists in ensuring safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Counsel patients and field medical questions under supervision.
• Support immunization services where allowed by state law and training.
