Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Graduate Pharmacy Intern to apply classroom learning to real-world practice under a pharmacist preceptor. You will complete a 120‑day training roadmap and deepen your understanding of store operations, patient safety, and SOPs while delivering empathetic, high‑quality service to patients.

The role advances pharmacy skills through hands‑on experiences, immunization support, and collaboration with the pharmacy team.

Qualifications

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning the Post‑Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the required timeframe (per state) and 120 days.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Support pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately.
• Demonstrate empathy and customer service; assist with immunizations and other services as allowed.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
