Job summary

Messer’s Graduate Development Program (Operations Track) is a two-year rotational program designed to develop future operational leaders. Graduates will relocate to Messer locations across the United States, gaining hands-on experience in project execution, production, reliability, and supply chain roles.

A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering is required, with relocation support provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
Candidates should show strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
Relocation to various Messer locations across the United States will be required as part of the program.

Responsibilities

Engage in hands-on rotations across multiple business areas to develop leadership and technical expertise.
Contribute to project execution from concept through commissioning and handover.
Support production, reliability, and safety initiatives across facilities and pipeline networks.
Collaborate with supply chain and remote operations teams to understand end-to-end plant operations.
Participate in process engineering efforts to improve efficiency of air separation and CO2 plants.
