Messer Americas invites graduates to join its Graduate Development Program (GDP) – Operations Track. This two-year rotation program will immerse you in core operations, with three 8-month rotations across essential areas and relocation to Messer sites nationwide.

You will build technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills while contributing to safe, reliable operations and continuous improvement in a global industrial gases company.

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate anywhere in the US with relocation assistance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Participate in three 8‑month rotations across key operations areas.
• Develop technical and leadership skills through hands-on assignments.
• Support project execution, production, reliability, and supply chain activities.
