Messer Americas invites recent graduates to join its Graduate Development Program (GDP) – Operations Track. Over two years, you will rotate through three 8-month assignments across operations, including project execution, production, reliability, supply chain, ROC, and process engineering.

You will relocate to Messer locations nationwide to gain broad experience and leadership exposure. The program targets new graduates with Bachelor’s degrees in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or better in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Bachelor's or better in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Bachelor's or better in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Messer Americas' two-year Graduate Development Program (GDP) across three 8-month rotations.
• Gain hands-on experience in project execution, production, reliability, supply chain, ROC, and process engineering.
• Relocate across Messer locations in the US to build leadership skills and broad operational understanding.
