Job summary

Messer Americas invites recent graduates to join the Graduate Development Program (GDP) – Operations Track. This two-year rotational program embeds you in three 8-month rotations across Project Execution, Production, Reliability, Supply Chain, ROC, and Process Engineering to build leadership and technical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Willing to relocate anywhere in the US; relocation assistance provided.

Responsibilities

• Three 8-month rotations across key areas (capital projects, plant operations, reliability).
• Gain leadership and technical expertise to drive operational excellence.
• Relocate to Messer locations across the United States during the program.
• Support safety, environmental and process improvements in rotations.
