Job summary

The role collaborates with program leadership to ensure accreditation adherence, smooth operations, and effective data reporting.

The coordinator supports cohorts, handles onboarding, maintains databases, and communicates across faculty, students, and departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years administrative experience preferred.
• Previous university experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program logistics and paperwork across student lifecycles.
• Ensure accreditation standards and compliance are met for the program.
• Develop databases and produce efficient data reporting.
• Communicate with faculty and students; coordinate onboarding and interview processes.
• Learn and use Banner and Blackboard; manage time and prioritize tasks.
