UPMC Mercy is seeking Fall/Winter 2026 nursing graduates for the Graduate Nurse Rotational Program (GNRP). This full-time program spans 10 months, with rotations through 8E, 9E, and Rehab units, under experienced nurse mentors, starting March 2027.

Qualifications

• GNs must be eligible for State Board Licensure and pass the examination before beginning this role.
• Rotations through multiple units (8E, 9E, Rehab) as part of the program.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care as part of the care delivery team and work under mentorship.
• Contribute to patient education and care planning with experienced nurses.
• Support the 12-hour shift schedule to ensure 24/7 unit coverage.
