UPMC Mercy Health Center in Pittsburgh is launching the Graduate Nurse Rotational Program (GNRP). This full-time track begins in March 2027 and targets Fall/Winter 2026 graduates, offering mentorship and rotations through 11E Trauma Ortho, 12E Integrated Medicine, and 7E Rehabilitation units for 10 months.

Participants will be supported by preceptors, with opportunities to shadow in Trauma Burn ICU or the Emergency Department.

Qualifications

• Fall/Winter 2026 graduates are eligible.
• Program lasts 10 months in the Trauma Track.
• Full-time Professional Staff Nurse role with mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly competent patient care and treatment.
• Demonstrate empathy and a passion for learning.
• Work with physicians and care teams to achieve outcomes.
